The salesperson was three hours late for the estimate appointment. Then afterwards, I never received the estimate, even after I sent a follow up email. We changed our thermopompe with them in June . The owner and the team are very friendly and professional . They were fast,  reliable and did a clean job , leaving nothing behind . The prices were fair and transparents We also contacted them after this service for something broken (not by them) in our heating system that we didn’t notice before , a few months later, and they came and fixed it really fast . He fixed the issue, replacing a faulty part and the thermostat, and explained what was changed. He was knowledgeable and respectful. When I called this team the gentleman was so nice and courteous.  He said he could  come the next day. Then he called later to see if I was available for same day service.  They worked overtime to get to my house.  Then as they started to troubleshoot my problem... the rain started  pouring unfortunately and they had to stop for the night. I offered to pay them for troubles and time since it was past 8pm but he refused.  What great dedication and service... he came back the next day and fixed my issue for a super fair price. I know Mr Mostafa for last Three years, he installed my Furnace , I am very happy with his work , his ethics he is very professional , he cares for his clients , when I call him for my old Heatpump he comes he fix it he never pressure me to change although soon I will ask him for new heatpump . Mr Mostafa  was a straight shooter made things simple and explained everything clearly. The men who installed the system were very professional, polite and left the house spotless when the work was completed and also after installation they were always available for the support! Mustafa and his team are a very professional group. I had a very good experience buying and installing furnace and heatpump with them. A lot of precision to provide quality work is one of their strengths. The Moovair device installed by this company, is a high-efficiency device that cools the house well in the summer, and no problems have been observed in the fall and winter yet.
